If this watch develops this kind of defect inside the twelve months period, it is likely to be repaired (i.e. a brand new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected module will probably be installed or replaced and a watch of equal value and similar appearance will probably be supplied) at our option, provided it can be returned which has a $7.00 check or money order to pay for costs of postage, handling, and service, and also you provide proof of purchase and date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
Timex won't repair defects associated with servicing not performed by Timex Corporation.
